Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the first available business day.
Italy
Shipments to Italy are made via express courier with estimated delivery in 2–4 business days from shipment.

European Union
Osmosi ships to all European Union countries with estimated delivery in 3–6 business days.

International
International shipping is available for a selection of non-EU countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, and other international territories.
Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from shipment.

Made-to-Order Productions
Some products are made through limited Made-to-Order productions.
For these items, production and shipping can take up to 21 business days from order confirmation.
Each Made-to-Order product is developed through dedicated production processes and made in limited quantities.

Tracking
Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email containing a link to track the shipment and related courier updates.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional costs required by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These costs are requested directly by the courier or local customs at the time of delivery and vary by country and order value.
Osmosi is not responsible for any locally applied customs costs.
